افتح صفحة الملف الشخصي وأرسل طلب حذف الحساب. يصل الطلب للمراجعة ولا يُحذف الحساب فورًا. يمكن أيضًا مراسلة [email protected] مع رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب وطلب حذفه. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق.
مراجعة الطلب والبيانات المحتفظ بها
قد نطلب معلومات لازمة للتحقق من ملكية الحساب. بعد المراجعة نحذف أو نزيل البيانات الشخصية غير اللازمة، مع الاحتفاظ بسجلات المعاملات أو الحجوزات التي يلزم الاحتفاظ بها وفق المتطلبات المعمول بها. نوضح لك ما ينطبق على طلبك عبر الدعم.
Requesting account deletion
Submit an account-deletion request from the app’s profile screen, or email [email protected] with your account telephone number and a request to delete the account. Do not send passwords or verification codes. Requests are reviewed and do not immediately delete the account.
We may need information to verify account ownership. After review, unnecessary personal information is deleted or removed, subject to transaction or booking records that must be retained under applicable requirements. Support will explain what applies to your request.
